In this research, it is aimed to reveal the relationship between secondary school teachers’ perception of organizational justice and their climate. The research a relational descriptive study in which survey model used. sample consists 370 teachers selected by convenient sampling method among working general imam hatip schools Izmit district Kocaeli province academic year 2020-2021.
