In this research, it is aimed to reveal the relationship between secondary school teachers’ perception of organizational justice and their climate. The research a relational descriptive study in which survey model used. sample consists 370 teachers selected by convenient sampling method among working general imam hatip schools Izmit district Kocaeli province academic year 2020-2021. "Organizational Justice Scale" Climate were used as data collection tools. analysis data, Pearson correlation coefficient was calculated for variables, simple linear regression multiple performed predictive variables. As result study, determined that there positive, moderately significant It found perceptions are predictor climate, order importance sub-dimensions explaining climate “procedural justice”, “distributive “interactional justice”. addition, findings show affects supportive principal behavior, one most.
